We invite you to call the Physician Referral Line (866-788-3627) for St.Vincent Heart Center inquiries and referrals.
It's a team effort and the referring physician is part of that team. Together we will address the patient's individual needs and identify how the care plan can continue close to home. Often we treat advanced and complex cardiovascular cases. At other times, the patients come to us through the Indiana Heart Attack Network via hospital ERs. In all cases, our goal is to always deliver high standards of consistent and timely care.
We invite you to learn more about our services and capabilities by scheduling at site visit (317-338-2273) at either of our Indianapolis Heart Centers:
- 86th Street - Indianapolis (on the St.Vincent Hospital campus) | 8333 Naab Road | Indianapolis, IN 46260
- 106th and North Meridian - Carmel (a stand-alone full service Heart Center) | 10590 North Meridian Street | Indianapolis, IN 46290
To learn more about our quality outcomes and overall performance see the 2014 Promise and Performance Report entitled "No Boundaries."
