Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

Neuro, skeletal, breast and visceral as well as angiographic imaging is available in our medical imaging department on a GE 1.5 Tesla system.

St. Vincent Carmel Hospital is also proud to offer the area’s only Upright Open MRI Scanner. This technologically-advanced Open-MRI system allows patients to be scanned while standing, sitting, bending or lying down.

St. Vincent Carmel is only one of two St. Vincent locations to offer breast MRI services.
