Pastoral Care for People of All Faiths

The mission of the Pastoral Care Department is to meet the spiritual needs of our patients, their families and the associates of the hospital. This is done in an ever-open, nonjudgmental presence to all, regardless of race, age or religious beliefs.

Ministry is conducted through the presence of Chaplains, as each offers his or her ability to listen, empathize and journey with those who may be dying or in crisis.

A Chaplain is available 24 hours a day for spiritual support and sacraments. Regular visits are also provided to patients and families in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and Transitional Care units.
