Occupational therapy focuses on assisting patients of all ages to improve their level of independence in self-care, work and play or leisure activities. From our smallest patients in the newborn intensive care, to the elderly, occupational therapy facilitates:

- Adaptive equipment recommendations (proper use of tub benches, safety frames, grab bars)
- Activities of daily living (ADL) instruction (most effective ways to bath, dress, cook, etc.)
- Recommendations for appropriate levels of independent living/care
- Ergonomic assessment and recommendations, including functional capacity evaluations
- Graston Technique™, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization
