Food & Beverage
St.Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital offers food services at the cafeteria and via vending machine, as well as dietetic services.
Cafeteria The cafeteria is located on the ground floor at the east end of the center building wing. Hours are:
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Dinner: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Soup, salad and sandwich bar: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Vending Machines The snack bar is located across the hall from the cafeteria. Vending machines and a microwave are located here. Other vending machines are located behind the outpatient registration area at the south end of the hospital.
Dietetic Services
The Food and Nutritional Department prepares nutritious meals to meet patients’ special needs. Other dietary services are also available, including:
- Guest trays for friends and family members to eat with patients. You can notify a nurse or the Dietary Department one meal ahead of time.
- Special guest trays, available on holidays. Check with the patient’s nurse for details.
- Medical nutrition counseling offered by registered licensed dieticians. As prescribed by a physician, individual counseling can include counseling about a low-sodium diet, diets for diabetes, low cholesterol diets, and weight loss. Counseling require a physician’s order and are available for a nominal fee. Dieticians can be reached at 646-8197 or 646-8695.
