St.Joseph Physical and Sports Therapy offers a free seminar for those considering hip and/or knee joint replacement surgery at St.Joseph Hospital.  Participants will meet at St.Joseph Physical and Sports Therapy – Forest Park from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the second or fourth Tuesday of every month.  Benefits of attending include: 

• Meeting the dedicated rehabilitation team
• Ability to ask questions about the surgery, admission procedures, post-surgery physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, etc.
• Taking a look at the variety of equipment designed for post-surgery rehabilitation
• Free information booklet and useful tips for preparing for the surgery
• Speaking directly with people who have been through the procedure before
• Free sack lunch for two and courtesy transportation if needed
