Healthier Communities Partnership

St. Joseph Hospital is one of three hospitals in Howard and Tipton counties that participate in the Partners for a Healthier Community. The goal is to make those in the community more knowledgeable and accountable for their health and help them enjoy a high quality of life through counseling and education.  Diabetes, generic antibiotics, asthma, nutrition and physical activity, the City of Kokomo and health fairs are only a few of the projects in which the Partners concentrate. One project that has significant benefit to the community is the annual Howard County Health Fair.
