St.Vincent Anderson Stroke Center
St.Vincent Anderson Regional has been recognized with Advanced Certification for Primary Stroke Centers by The Joint Commission, in conjunction with The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. St.Vincent Anderson Regional was the first hospital in Anderson to receive advanced certification as a primary stroke center from The Joint Commission. This certification signifies the hospital’s dedication to fostering better outcomes for patients and demonstrates that the program meets critical elements of performance to achieve long-term success in improving outcomes for stroke patients.
For those recovering from stroke, our Bennett Rehabilitation Center patients, on average, go home at discharge more than most stroke patients treated at other facilities in the nation.
