St.Vincent Clay Hospital Community Assessment Survey - 2010

In order to continue providing the citizens of Clay County with quality medical care, St. Vincent Clay Hospital commissioned the Survey Research Laboratory (SRL), a part of the Indiana State University Department of Psychology and Sociology, to conduct analysis on data collected through a direct mail survey designed and administered by St. Vincent Clay Hospital. Prior to its distribution the survey instrument was reviewed by the SRL and suggestions were made in order to improve the quality of the statistical information the instrument would yield. Throughout this report several comparisons will be made between the 2006 and 2010 studies; for the sake of brevity these comparisons will only be reported for questions which are formatted similarly between the two surveys and in which there has been a substantial change between 2006 and 2010.
