Welcome to the Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center! The Primary Care Center is open to all patients for outpatient visits. We see all ages from newborn to elderly patients. Our mission is to help all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We follow the St. Vincent Hospital mission statement:

Rooted in the loving ministry of Jesus as healer, we commit ourselves to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Our Catholic health ministry is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care, which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities. In addition to offering all types of physician services we also have radiology, pharmacy, and nutrition and laboratory services available in the Primary Care Center. We can serve all of these needs – and more. The best part is that we provide excellent St Vincent care right here in Indianapolis, and have done so for more than a decade. Should you require a referral to a specialist, we can make those arrangements. We have basic laboratory facilities on-site for blood work and x-rays. Additionally, we offer parenting classes and group prenatal care classes. There is a full-service pharmacy available for patients that qualify for reduced rate pharmacy services. Full-time medical interpretation is available.

We accept a variety of insurance plans as well as utilizing a sliding scale payment method for our patients.

Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center Health Pharmacy

St Vincent Health pharmacies are pleased to provide pharmacy services at the Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center. Since we receive special pricing under the 340B Drug Pricing Program, we are limited to filling prescriptions for St Vincent Health patients that qualify for these services.

To use our pharmacies, the prescription must be written for a St Vincent Health patient by a St Vincent Health provider seen at a St Vincent Health-owned facility. Please contact the pharmacy of your choice for additional information. You may also call the pharmacy at 317-338-7510.


OB/GYN Women’s Health Clinic

The Women’s Health Clinic is a full service physician’s office in the Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center. The Women’s Health Clinic has been serving women in the Indianapolis community for more than 30 years by offering care to all women regardless of insurance type and ability to pay. Patients that are ineligible for insurance meet with a financial counselor for reduced cost care. We offer interpreter support as over 40% of the patients seen at the Primary Care center are Spanish-speaking. Interpreter services are available for other languages as well.

The Women’s Health Clinic is an important provider of health care in the community. We offer a wide range of maternity care services every day including high risk pregnancy appointments, group prenatal care appointments and obstetrical ultrasounds. We also offer a full range of outpatient gynecology services including pap smears, pelvic exams, colposcopy, fertility management, gynecology ultrasounds and office procedures such as LEEP and office hysteroscopy.
