David Clingan

David Clingan has more than 12 years of associate and physician recruiting experience, all with St.Vincent Medical Group. He also has more than 20 years of experience recruiting for a wide variety of employment opportunities in Central Indiana. In June 2011, he was promoted to create and develop the in-house physician and provider recruitment and on-boarding program for St.Vincent Medical Group.

As a native of Covington, IN, graduate of Indiana State University in Terre Haute, and current resident of Indianapolis, David is very familiar with all things Hoosier. With his knowledge of the healthcare industry in Indiana, he enjoys building long-lasting relationships with physicians, hospital systems and practices across the state.

David belongs to the Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR) and is active in the Marketing and Sponsorship Committees. He is also a member of the Associate of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR).

Stina Anttila

Stina Anttila joined the St.Vincent Medical Group Physician Recruitment team in October 2011. She began her St.Vincent career in 2005 with Education & Development, coordinating all of the continuing education for clinical associates. Her work also included the coordination of Building the B.E.S.T. – a system-wide Leadership Development program. In 2008, Stina joined the Graduate Medical Education world and began coordinating the Pediatric Residency Program at St.Vincent. As a new program, Stina was integral in their accreditation as well as graduating the first two classes of residents in 2010 and 2011.

Stina is a Hoosier and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, spending quality time with friends and family and traveling. IN 2007, Stina completed the Mission & Mentorship program at St.Vincent. Currently, she belongs to the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR).

Mona Hansen, BS, SPHR

Mona Hansen has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining the St.Vincent Medical Group in March 2012, she worked as a Physician Recruitment Consultant with Suburban Health Organization in Indianapolis. She also has experience in the areas of Physician Recruitment and Human Resources Management at a large healthcare system in the Upper Midwest.

Mona is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and currently serves as Treasurer of the Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR). She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Mona has a solid understanding of the healthcare environment and enjoys building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and practices throughout the state.

Janet Hedlund

Janet Hedlund joined the St.Vincent Medical Group Physician Recruitment Team in March 2012, transferring from another St.Vincent ministry. She brings to the team over 20 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources Management, Office Administration and Project Management. She also has considerable experience in both start-up and merger/acquisition work in local managed healthcare and national health insurer settings.

Born in Michigan, Janet is proud to be a “transplanted” Hoosier. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as cooking and gardening in her free time. She is dedicated to a focus that ensures a successful and rewarding customer service experience for all her clients. Janet is also a member of the Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR).
