Francis "Cheech" Albarano
Francis “Cheech” Albarano was recently named critical access hospital administrator for St.Vincent Mercy Hospital.
Mr. Albarano initiated his career as a planning analyst in Pittsburgh, working for the Forbes Health System where he subsequently became the associate executive director of the system’s flagship hospital.
He later joined the management group for the Hospital Corporation of America, which evolved into the Quorum Health Resources Hospital Management Service. During his tenure with HCA/Quorum, Mr. Albarano was the chief executive officer for hospitals located in Kingstree, South Carolina; Spruce Pine, North Carolina; and most recently in Washington Court House, Ohio.
Mr. Albarano graduated from Penn Sate University and completed graduate studies in Hospital Administration at the University of Florida.
