From the North  

Take US Highway 31 south to State Road 28 and turn east (left). Elwood is approximately 20 minutes from this intersection. After arriving in Elwood, go to the second stoplight and turn south (right) onto State Road 13. Go one block and turn west (right) onto South A Street. The hospital is located on the south (left) side of the street. 

From the South  

Take US Highway 31 north to State Road 28 and turn east (right). Elwood is approximately 20 minutes from this intersection. After arriving in Elwood, go to the second stoplight and turn south (right) onto State Road 13. Go one block and turn west (right) onto South A Street. The hospital is located on the south (left) side of the street.

From the East  

Take State Road 28 into Elwood and go to the third stoplight. Turn south (left) onto State Road 13. Go one block and turn west (right) onto South A Street. The hospital is located on the south (left) side of the street.

From the West
