Supported Living Program

Our mission is to provide guidance, resources, and support to people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries so that they may reach their greatest level of independence. Community participation is encouraged for individuals we serve. Opportunities are offered so they can participate and be appreciated as valued members of the community.

The program is designed to support individuals who need assistance several hours a week, up to 24 hours a day. Individualized services are provided to persons in their homes, apartments, or accessible homes owned by St.Vincent New Hope.
