The mission of Dunn Home Health Care is to provide the best possible care and service to all of our home health care patients.
We bring a full range of medical and social services to the patient under the orders of a physician. Intermittent nursing care and other services are provided to patients in order to restore their health and independence or to minimize the effects of an illness or disability and to help the patient and their family or caregiver learn the care necessary to continue living in the home.
Our services include:
Dunn Home Health Care maintain contact with both the patient and the physician. The staff keeps the doctor informed of changes in the patient's condition and acts on his/her orders. The home health care team provides services that contribute to the patient's welfare and shares health skills and information so that the patient and caregivers can become more independent.
Persons are considered for Home Health Care when their medical, nursing, therapy, and social needs are intermittent and capable of being safely met within the confines of their own home. Home care does not provide ongoing, 24-hour, around the clock or respite services.

Dunn Home Health Care serves citizens within a 25-30 mile radius of St.Vincent Dunn Hospital. This includes all of Lawrence County and parts of Monroe, Jackson, Green, Martin, Orange and Washington counties.
