Our Physicians

	Elizabeth Nowacki, D.O., MS. Dr. Nowacki graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, IN in 2000 with a Master of Science and received her DO from NSU-COM in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2004. She most recently practiced as an Ob/Gyn at Hancock Regional Hospital.
	Cynthia K. Seffernick, M.D. Dr. Seffernick is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and completed her residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI. She began practicing in 1997.
	John A. Leone, MD, FACOG Dr. John Leone, Ob/Gyn, began practicing with St.Vincent in 1982 following his residency at St.Vincent. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to his affiliation with St.Vincent Fishers Hospital, Dr. Leone is affiliated with St.Vincent Indianapolis, Women’s and Carmel Hospitals.
	Richard W. Gates II, MD, FACOGDr. Richard Gates is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is an OB/GYN who began practicing in 1997. Dr. Gates serves as Chairman of the St.Vincent OB/GYN department. Dr. Gates sees patients at St.Vincent Fishers Hospital, and is affiliated with St.Vincent Indianapolis, Women’s and Carmel Hospitals.
	Brandy Garrett, MD, FACOG Dr. Brandy Garrett became a member of the St.Vincent medical staff in 2007, after serving her residency at St.Vincent. Dr. Garrett sees patients at St.Vincent Fishers Hospital and is on staff at St.Vincent Indianapolis and Women’s Hospitals.
	Julie Schnieders, MSN, NP Julie Schnieders is a women’s health nurse practitioner with extensive experience in all areas of women’s health. She has a special interest in menopause and pelvic health including urinary incontinence, interstitial cystitis and vulvodynia. She is a breast risk assessment consultant for the St.Vincent Breast Center.
