During Laser Genesis, your skin will feel a slight warming sensation. Many patients enjoy the feeling; hence, no anesthesia or medication is necessary.

How long after treatment may I return to normal activities?

Following your Laser Genesis, you may return to normal activities immediately. Like most patients, following the treatment, your skin may appear to have a healthy, rosy color.

How many treatments will I need to achieve optimum results?

Depending upon the concern being addressed, optimum results from Laser Genesis can usually be achieved with a series of four to six treatments. (Often these treatments are administered three to four weeks apart.)

How long will my Laser Genesis results last?

Luckily, your Laser Genesis results will last far beyond your actual treatment. Your skin’s collagen production rate will cumulatively increase over a period of about 12 weeks. However, your results don’t end there! Your skin will continue to experience an increased collagen production rate for some time. (Benefits are usually seen for several years; however, it is difficult to identify precisely how long the results last due to the continuing aging process.)
