Cancellation of Classes

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all programs. We reserve the right to cancel programs that do not meet minimum enrollment standards.

If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us by calling the St.Vincent CARELine at (317) 415-4437 at least 48 hours in advance of your class. Refund/rescheduling will not be accepted after that time. Exceptions for unexpected cancellations (i.e. illness, hospitalization) are made on a case-by-case basis.

Severe Weather Policy (Snow/Severe Weather)

In case of severe weather, every attempt will be made to cancel classes by 4 p.m. on the day of the scheduled class, or by 8 a.m. for morning classes and support groups. To find out if your class has been cancelled, visit the St.Vincent Women's Hospital Web site or call (317) 415-7643. If your class has been cancelled, please contact the St.Vincent CARELine at (317) 415-4437 the following business day to reschedule your class. (Please note: Contact your instructor if you are taking a Childbirth Preparation series class.) 

When severe or the potential for severe weather conditions exist, please use your own judgment in choosing whether to travel to a program.
