St.Vincent Home Health acts as an extension of your physician’s office or the hospital. By remaining in touch with your physician and providing care strictly according to doctor’s orders, the staff of Home Health is able to provide medical care at home. We believe our patients to be far more than just passive recipients of care. As an indispensable member of the home care team, you will be actively involved in the planning of your care.
