What we offer:
Our program is designed to conduct a thorough assessment of your current health using sophisticated screening measures along with a comprehensive examination and consultations with a multidisciplinary team of certified professionals. The examination and consultations with our physician, nurse, dietician, and exercise physiologist leads to early detection of disease and improved prevention strategies, which result in reduced morbidity and mortality.
Executive Physical Program Overview
Our goal at the St. Vincent Health, Wellness, and Preventive Care Institute is to provide you with a convenient, efficient program that provides you with a comprehensive evaluation of your overall health.
Executive Physical Examination – Day 1
Your first visit will typically begin at 8:30 or 9:00 AM and last for approximately 4 hours. We’ll provide a light breakfast in your private consultation room before you meet with an internal medicine physician for a complete review of your health history and your physical examination. In addition, we’ll complete a standard set of labs, screenings, and assessments that provide an overall picture of your current health. Your private consultation room is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and light snacks and coffee so you can work or relax if you have breaks during the day. Fully stocked private showers and changing rooms are also available for your convenience at the end of your appointment.

Executive Physical Feedback – Day 2
Your second visit will be approximately 2 hours and includes feedback from all providers you saw during your first visit. This gives you the opportunity to receive recommendations, ask questions, and participate in the creation of your personalized healthcare plan.
All Executive Physical Feedbacks include the following services*:
- Nurse Feedback to review lab results and medical summary
- Wellness Feedback to review EKG, body composition, lung function and discuss exercise recommendations
- Nutrition Feedback to review food diary and discuss dietary recommendations
- Physician Feedback to review medical evaluation and discuss healthcare plan and specialty referrals
*Additional screenings as well as vaccinations may be recommended during either appointment

The Referral Advantage program allows our team to help your employees and their loved ones access the specialized services they need in a timely manner. Our team researches the best options for the care they need and facilitates referrals and appointments to improve access and reduce unnecessary testing.

THE ST. VINCENT AIRWAY CLINICAL RESEARCH CENTER
The Airway Clinical Research Center (ACRC), sponsored by the American Lung Association and housed at the Institute,
is a member of the nation’s largest not-for-profit network of clinical research centers dedicated to the treatment of asthma. The American Lung Association’s ACRCs conduct large clinical trials that have a direct impact on patient care and asthma treatment. The American Lung Association has secured approximately $21 million in National Institutes of Health funding as well as support from industry and foundations for the ACRC network.
PURDUE UNIVERSITY HEALTH OUTCOMES DATA RESEARCH
We are partnering with the Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering at Purdue University to conduct innovative health outcomes data collection at our clinics, which provides objective evidence for healthcare practices that produce optimal health results and cost-efficient health care delivery.
